If you are court ordered to pay child support, you are financially responsible for child support until there is a new order terminating your child support. In other words, if you are court ordered to pay child support you cannot get your child support payment back from the county/state until there is a different court order. If you do not think you are the father of the child, then you should contact an attorney because depending on the facts of your case, there are various ways to address that issue.
