Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

I am a US citizen. I studied in Mexico this past year and met a Mexican. We started dating and he can legally travel to the US with a B1 B2 visa I believe (where he can travel for short term business) We want to get married but are overwelmed and confused as to where we should start. Does he have to go back to Mexico after we get married? Will be be able to travel to Mexico after we get married? What papers must be filled out. We want to do it in the proper way/legal way.

It really depends on whether you want to go by a Fiance visa route, consular processing after marriage in Mexico, or marry in the United States (while he is here on a Visitor's visa) and apply for his residency here. There are different petitions, forms and fees.

If you need help please email.
