Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

can i fix this now,or will it be a issue

hi

i just noticed that the year-to-date amounts in my pay slips for the year 2007 and 2008 (so far) were not correct....but if i add up the amounts in all the individual pay slips, it is well above the minimum wage for LCA,filed during my petition..

please suggest will i have any issue during my h1b stamping, because i heard Visa officers will look only

for year to date amounts in payslips...

if its true, is it possible for me to get it fixed in my payslips at this point of time...

The amount has to be correct in your W-2s for each year. the consuls overseas look at the 6-8 latest paystubs prior to the interview. You understand thatyou have to prepare the whole package in order to be issued the vise outside of the U.S. It is deemed as a new visa and if it is denied, you will not be able to come back. Be very cautious before you make a decision to go.
