Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

My sister in law has lived with a man for 4 years in her home. She has recently realized that he has taken $2000 from her savings account. She had him leave the home and he just had a small bag of clothes. Is she able to sell his stuff to recoup that money?

No. She cannot dispose of another person's property. If she does so, she could be liable for their value. Her remedy is to sue in conciliation court for any money taken.
