Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

Can I get a divorce by desertion and how

I've been married 3 years, my wife left me in Feb of 2003

but returned several times to stay only a few weeks, she

left the last time in Jan of this year and has made no contact what-so-ever. She took everyting in our home including money from our checking account. Can I get a divorce by desertion? and can I keep our home. I have made all payments on the home and at the present there is no equity. What do I need to file to protect my home and to proceed with a divorce? We have no children and she took

all other items we accumulated during our marriage.

Please Help!

Maybe you can get one on that ground, but there are other grounds as well. You need to retain divorce counsel immediately.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
