newspaper printing divorces in county paper
the county paper prints the names of people who obtined divorce decrees in their paper. How can I prevent them printing our names? what are my rights concerning this?

You could no more stop them from printing the divorce announcement, than you could stop them from printing a conviction for DUI or some other charge. This is all a matter of public record; so unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about it.
