Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

Temporary Custody

I was not living anywhere, so I gave my mother temporary custody of my son. I am married and I have a place to live now so I would like to gain custody back of my son. Do you think that's any way possible?

Let me know if I may be of additional assistance.
