Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Mississippi

How do I shepardize my case searches?

I am attempting to construct the case law history for an argument but I want to make sure that the cases I want to use are the most appropriate (most recent). How do I do that?

"shepardization" will not necessarily tell you the most recent. It tells you if your case is "good" vs. "being reversed in a later decision". The MS Sct website has from 1996 to present. It does not "shepardize" though. I don't know of an on-line shep. site. If you find one let me know. Otherwise, you'll need to go to one of the 3 law libraries and do your sheparding.
