Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Missouri

Settling a civil suit out/court I have agreed to pay certain dollar amount. To close this litigation what documents should I be aware of? I have told the attorney for the plaintiff that I will not sign an admission.

You will want a release of all claims and a stipulation for dismissal if the suit was filed.
