Legal Question in Workers Comp in Missouri

Missouri Workers Compensation

I was involved in a construction accident at work. No ambulance was called, I was transported to hospital by by foreman. At hospital there was no mention of an accident, only that I passed out on my machine. I was confused and unable to answer questions. The enclosed cab loader I was working on air conditioner was not working properly but this was not mentioned to the doctor either. In 1989 I was diagnosed as having a seizure but have not had one since. The ER doctor never even checked me for further injuries and I was diagnosed with a gran mal seizure. When my wife arrived I told her of my back pain. I had also hit my head. I was dehydrated, skin showed signs of heat injury, vital signs slightly elevated. All symptoms of heat injury. I was hospitalized because of 5 compression fracture and dehydration but still they diagnosed me with seizure. Every doctor who followed never even knew of the accident only told I passed out. Workers comp denied claim had my employers mech. inspect machine. Said no malfunction but fellow employee said it was fixed. It did break again and is still broken, I have learned how to deal with problem to prevent passing out again. How can I prove I was misdiagnosed?
