Slandering of company name

What do I do if a competitor who use to be my boss, is slandering my companies name. He talk to a ompany I do work for and tryed to get them to use him by dragging my name in the dirt. This is not the only company he's talked to. Also slandering other employees of mine and other companies that use us?

You can sue for intentional interference with prospective advantage and existing contracts. He may have a privlege to slander if he was your former boss and is telling the truth or just giving an opinion.
