Legal Question in Consumer Law in Nevada
Expired consignment
I had consigned a motorhome to a local dealer. The consignment expired 2 weeks ago. I went in to pickup the rig and found they just sold it yesterday, 2weeks after their consignment expired. Do i have the right to renegotiate the price they owe me?

Re: Expired consignment
Did they sell it for more or less or equal to the consignment price? How are you damaged if they sold it two days after the listing? Did you get an offer from someone who said they would buy it after the listing because they did not want to pay the comission?
