Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Laws concerning teenage parents rights

I have a 16 year daughter that when she was 15 gave birth to a little boy. Her health teacher at the time told her that because she was a minor that I would have guardianship of her son until she reaches 18 years old. My question is what is Nevada law on that? She wants to move out and take her son with her. Can she legally move out of my house at 16 and take her son with her? Please help life is getting rough around here.

Re: Laws concerning teenage parents rights

You are responsible for both her and the baby until she is 16 whether you let her move out or not.
