Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Moving In

I have an oppourtunity to move in with a woman I'm dating, but my divorce has not yet started. I've asked for a divorce last October and tried move forward with no progress. I'm giving her until June when public school is out before filing complaint, but was trying to file jointly on our own. I understand this could put me in a bad light since we have a son and I want custody although she will be the primary custdial parent. How would a judge view this in todays age?
