Re: visitation

Your best course of action is to file a motion with the court.

If you and she were never married, you need to file a paternity action and a motion asking the court to establish custody/visitation.

If you and she were married you need to file a complaint for divorce and a motion asking the court to establish custody/visitation.

If you have a custody/visitation order in place, you need to file a motion with the court to enforce it.
