Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

Flood-Condo

I own a condo. There is a new owner

(Leo) for the upstairs unit. Leo had a

fitting replaced and caused a flood.

Insurance is covering the restoration.

Leo stated he would be compensate

me for deductible and loss of my

earnings. Leo has changed his cell.

No way to reach him. There is a

management company for the rental.

I left a message to have Leo call me.

I do not think I will hear from him.

What do I do now? It has been over

a month and I am living at a hotel.

Re: Flood-Condo

You are probably going to have to sue for whatever your insurance does not cover.
