Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

Is it true that if I leave a family member $1.00 they can’t contest my will? And do I need to add a “No Contest” clause?

It's a good question but not so easy to answer in email. The only way a no contest clause is effective is if you leave someone enough money as an incentive for them not to file objections to a will. I know that may be confusing however as I said it's not such a simple subject.

Good luck.

You do not have to leave a $1 anymore. Just omit them. No need to put a no contest clause in either.
