Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Hampshire
Employment Authorization Renewal
last year my wife applied for political asylum in the United States and listed me and our child as beneficiaries. At the end of Feb '07 we received our employment authorization cards. Now my wife and I are living in different states. She is in Massachusetts while I am in New Hampshire. Will there be any problems for me as a beneficiary when I apply for employment authorization renewal while using my New Hampshire address?

Not at all. But you can use your wife's address if that is your primary residence.
