Commerical Tenant's Legal Rights

Hi, is a Landlord renting property to a small business obligated to inform potential tenants that he will be selling the property before the rental agreement is signed? Thank you.

Under most circumstances, the answer is no. If there is a valid lease, the tenancy would continue as specified in the lease. However, there are several occasions in which a different result would arise. I suggest that you would benefit from a full review of all of the facts and circumstances by an attorney.
