Legal Question in Military Law in New Hampshire

I am working on getting my discharge from the USMC upgraded. I have recently found out that some procedures were handled improperly and that what I was confined for did not warrant confinement( According to a Chief petty officer USN and a General USMC. So what kind of documents do I need to look over and what orders and UCMJcodes do I need?

You have a very hard fight. You need your whole military record and court-martial record. You should also file a FIOA request with the base where you were convicted. I highly doubt that there was a mistake, but you never know. I you want a free consultation, contact our office, I was trial defense at Fort Bragg on active duty and now am a trial defense attorney in the Reserves and have been involved in hundreds of courts-martials. I also have done several military discharge upgrade requests.
