Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

Confidential Information

I am submitting Grant LOI's on behalf of a client. Some of the information we are submitting contains Financials. Should I place CONFIDENTIAL OR PRIVATE CLIENT INFORMATION OR?? in the header/footer or as a Watermark on each page. Thank you very much.
