theft

if someone took a persons debit card which they had previously been given the pin to and used it and withdrew funds from a mac machine the amount was 600 what can happen?

If the withdraw was made without permission or consent of owner of debit card the user of the card could be charged with third degree theft, for which the maximum jail sentence could be up to five yeares.
