Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

underaged.
i have been talkin to a girl for about 7 months now via fone and myspace. shes 16, im 20. she had a half naked pik of me on myspace, but it doesnt show any penis or nething and the mom is thinkin about pressing charges. also i have never met this girl ever. so we never had sex or any thing. does she have a case?
