Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New Jersey

I received an accidental voicemail from my boss, a Racially charged rant against black people. 18 Technicians including me reports to him, about 8 are blacks, about 5 latinos, and 5 whites. I am Dominican (Latino) and I called my partner who I trust and is black, I forward the message to him, We were very offended, my partner called the director and I called the Union, our foreman was fired the same day our director review the voicemail. Is there a case for a law suit here?
