Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey

charged dui, initial stop i was not the driver...... charged when after 2 attempts one already leaving parking lot of police dept. 2nd attempt i was arrested all after having my keys handed to me and told i could leave, uncertified breathizer operator, d.m.v. claimed could'nt find me for 18 yrs. even tho state renewed my license..... the man who was driving was immediatley arrested, they would'nt let me drive because my eyes were bloodshot, had they taken the time, would've known the difference that i had been crying since the relationship was abusive and the idiot had within 10 minutes before that gotten mad claiming he could drive and punched me in the stomach.... also told that case was being tried as one, and whatever he as going to plead i also had to plead.....had no lawyer, had no public defender, and had a judge that i now being investigated for being unjust......served 2 monthes in jail, and d.m.v. tacked on an extra 1800.00 dollars in interest, made me pay 2 times for alcohol classes and has suspended my license at least 8 times, by the time this bogus surcharge is paid, i will have also paid somebody elses... i have proof but nobody will listen let alone take this case!!!

Where due process of law, fundamental fairness is denied an application can be filed after conviction to vacate the conviction.

I don't know why you can't find a lawyer that won't take your case. Some lawyers don't want to work. I'd be happy to take your case and I'm sure some of the other attorneys on this site would also.
