Legal Question in DUI Law in New Jersey
My son was charge with CDS in NJ. He is 17. He was parked in a parking lot of a golf course. I wanted to see of there was anything to worry about. I also don't want him to lose his license.

It will depend on the specific charge. If it was possession of marijuana under 50 grams and he has no prior offenses a conditional discharge may be possible. With respect to whether or not he will lose his license it will depend on the particulars.
