Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

2c:33-4a;2c:33-4c

4 weeks ago I got into a issue with my step sons grandmother. Long story short, my step son didn't want to go on visitition and was clinging to me begging me not to make him go. She then said I was a piece of Sh*t for brain washing a kid and pulled the kid away from me. I then told her to stop acting like a b*tch and that I didn't think it was right for her to force him to go when he clearly doesn't want to. Two weeks later she files a complaint against me saying that I said "your not going anywhere bitch" and I'll get you", which NEVER Happened. Not to mention all this happened in front of the state police parking lot, and a trooper witnessed half of it. I don't remember who the trooper was but wouldn't you think if i did all those thing he would have arrested me??? Would should I do, I really need advise, I really can't afford a lawyer.

If you are saying that you can not afford a large legal fee, but you can pay a reasonable amount

of money to a lawyer. I believe you will find my legal fee to be reasonable.

Call me if you like.

Robert Davies The Davies Law Firm, P.A.

you are in south Jersey and i am just outside NYC, so I don't think you are coming up here to see me.

I advise you to NEVER use any curse words to your ex or her mother or anyone else that you are going to have to deal with. it makes a huge difference. you also need to get control of this, you are at risk for someone having you arrested the next time you and she have a screaming match.

and keep this away from your child. you are hurting the child every time you get into conflict with her, when the child is anywhere nearby.

You really need some guidance from a decent family lawyer. You are at risk for a lot of problems.

Call me if you want some assistance. It is never easy. I can help you keep it from getting out of control.
