Early settlement panel
Can a party who lives out of state attend via telephone at the panel meeting?
Does the party get to speak and present themselves? or do only the attorneys speak to the panel?

I have done it, but it would be necssary to get the permission of the judge. Once permission is granted, you could appear by speakerphone on my cell phone.
