Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I would like to file a post-judgment motion to enforce litigant's rights (visitation with my son and retrieving small portion of marital possessions awarded to me) in NJ. I also need to file a request for a reduction in spousal support because I have been unemployed and developed a chronic disease while unemployed for almost a year. Can I make the requests in one motion or do I have to file separate motions to be heard separately?

You should include in motion all the relief sought from the Court.

Call me if you like.

As Mr. Moore said, you should ask for everything at once. You are in a tough spot though. It sounds like money is tight but going without an attorney could be tough. I would work up a budget and call around to see what you can afford. Look at it this way, if you pay money and win, you'll be ahead. If you go pro se but lose, you'll be paying a lot more in the end.
