Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

my husband who is commiting adultry is leaving for dubai with his girlfriend. Would it be wise of me to get a divorce before he leaves. we have been married 32 years. He says he will continue to pay the bills. Can he do that from Dubai.

Oh, for God's sake, call me and get a divorce action filed NOW. please! Do you think you want to take the risk that he is going to take what he can and leave you with as little as possible?

It will be much harder once he leaves. You need to file for divorce immediately and get him served while he is still resides in New Jersey and the USA. Additionally, if he moves assets overseas it will very difficult to get your equitable share once the assets are not here in New Jersey. Do not delay or wait.
