what is the best legal way to give my son to the father?in processing with divorce,custody and child support not finalized,my son 9 years old want to live with his father.What i should do and how?Can i make an agreement with him

?Do i have to pay child support if the father will agree on papers that he doesnt want it?Does the judge will request our agreement?

First you should retain an attorney tomake sure the proper custody agreement is signed. As to child support the agreement the agreement must state why the father does not want child support.

If there is a current custody order you can just file a consent order in that matter, providing that you are not presently required to pay child support. You need to understand that, in the event the father decides he needs you to pay support, you will, then, be required to pay child support.
