Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Pro se motion to enforce litigants Rights on a prior Consent Order. Defendant asked for and was granted extra time to respond. Defendant did not respond at all. Judge wants the plantiff in court for the hearing, why since this motion is unopposed.

The judge may have a number of questions. Just because you ask for something, doesn't mean you will get it. I do not suggest going alone.
