Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Hello

I have a question? My wife is going thru a custody battle with her ex husband. I just recived a subpoena that was left with my mother in law at her address. Requesting that I must give them all my e-mails and voicemails /texts messages from my cell phone going back one year. Which both my phone and e-mail are not mine they are thru my work.

The question is can they legally ask for this? This is invading my privacy. This is not ordered by a judge it is sent from her ex husbands attorney.

What rights do I have??? Also this in in New Jersey
