Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Jersey

I am being deposed by a former employer and their litigant for two days. It will require me taking two days of vacation from my current employer. What is a reasonable fee to charge for these two days off? I am a Sr. Marketing Manager in the Medical Diagnostics field.

You are entitled to some compensation, per the Court Rules. It would be very smart to take action now, before deposition, to make sure that your lost time is paid for.
