policy in returning a car

i purchase a suv on 10-18-05 at 9pm i wanted to return it 730 pm 10-19-05 and the dealer said sale was final they can not return our taurus and take back the suv. the paper work that was signed at the time was false with the price and the odometer. i had asked about an return policy to jimmy sales rep and sal loan officer. they both said with in 3 days. what can i do to get my car back and return the suv. and save our credit plus i would like to let the public know about the bad service we received at performance dodge

You have already tried asking nicely. If the price and odometer are inaccurately stated on the paperwork, you may indeed have a good reason to take action.

I suggest you contact an attorney near you who has litigated (sued) cases involving automobiles.

I have sued on odometer rollback cases and handled without suit defective auto (lemon law) cases. Let me know if I can assist.
