Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Jersey

I just found out that my marraige is a sham. Firstly, we do not live together(at the time we files, our residence wasn't habitable)then he had family & I chose not to stay there. He recently sponsored someone else as he owns his own business. What happens if I annull our marriage, will he lose his green card & what happens w/person he sponsors? He does not deserve a green card based on him marrying me just for this. I don't want anything from him, just a clean slate.Pls help; I don't care what happens to me as I married him bc I loved him.

He could have his green card revoked if the marriage was deemed fraudulent.
