Immigration Marriage

My mother was married to a U.S. citezen before i turned 18 years old. Does this mean that i should be a resident?

No. The question is whether your mother received HER citizenship before you were 18 years old. If she did then you may derivatively have gotten citizenship but we have to make sure a few other requirements are in place. Her husband has to file a petition for you. Depending on how old you are now, you may be eligible to file for your green card as well now.
