Lease agreement with purchase option

The tenant has defaulted in the terms of the agreement ''has not paid the rent in months.

I went to court and a Judge Fast said that this is not a Landlord tenant matter. Its a financing arrangement. I'm taken her back to court and her lawyer is trying to make that the issued...

How do I fight back....

The other lawyers are right. You need to hire an attorney this time, file another Landlord-tenant action, and get it done. What you have described is ridiculous. Judge Fast? wonderful. Your lawyer had better research and be ready to fight on this topic. And your tenant has money for a lawyer but will not pay her rent? wonderful again.

Get a lawyer. Kick her out the legal way.
