Rental Agreement

I entered into a lease agreement in June 2001 for a one year term. If a new lease was never signed does that make the old lease a month to month lease?

At the end of the initial one year term, the lease automatically converted into a month to month lease, with the other provisions of the initial written lease continuing to govern the tenancy. If you are experiencing any problems, feel free to call me.
