Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I own a house in NJ and I am the only person listed on the title. If my husband get in an auto accident and its his fault and the person sues over the amount of the auto coverage. Can the person go after my house even if my husband is not listed on the title? My husband is the owner of the vehicle but both of us are listed on the auto insurance.

Having the house in your name helps, but does not solve all problems.
