Eviction for non payment

Gave written notice with sum of rent owed for over 4 month and agreed that party would leave by 8/14/04 if payment was not made. In addition I rented to an individual female and she moved out and her son & 19 year old girlfriend are living in the house. There is no lease. What are my rights as a homeowner to get this person out of my house.

You will need to start an immediate action for eviction in the Superior Court of the County in which the property is located. I suggest you have an attorney assist you in bringing the action.
