Legal Question in Tax Law in New Jersey

I haven't filed my taxes since 2005 and plan to travel out of the country. Will I have any problems going and coming back?

No, you will have no problem re-entering the U.S. Nevertheless, you should IMMEDIATELY call a tax lawyer to help you. The failure to file tax returns for 3 or more years has a presumption of intent and could result in Federal and State criminal prosecutions.

I hope this helps!
