Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

I am the executor of my father's estate. All the beneficiaries have signed and returned the refunding and releasing bond letters. However, one beneficiary has requested that I hold hers in escrow until she determines if items given to her( not part of the estate) are satisfactory. When she lets me know that she is satisfied, she will then let me release all monies held in account - including hers! What is my legal exposure from her if I submit all the bond letters to probate and release all monies?

It would be smart to get a lawyer to help out, and should not cost much. Sounds like you are almost done except for this one person. Items given to her are satisfactory?! I would need to know more about this to tell you anything. What does she want in order to let this go forward?

Give me a call, and I will assist you. No charge for the phone call.
