Re: Reporting a claim

Although you have 30 days under the law for reporting a claim, even if more than thirty days have passed you should still notify your employer of the injury. I have represented many people who have delayed in reporting their injuries but I was still able to get them compensation. I am an attorney who has handled many claims similar to yours in various workers compensation courts throughout New Jersey in the past. Please contact me to discuss your case in more detail. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

Sincerely yours, -Ronald Aronds, Esq.-
