Been asked to open account for large transfer from abroad

Someone in South Africa has asked me to represent her widowed husbands's buisiness partner here in the USA so she can transfer his millions from south africa to my bank and offered me a percentage. She says she needs me to represent his foriegn buisiness partner so the bank will allow her to transfer the money. Is this legal?

This is a huge scam which has been wandering the net for a couple of years. Thousands of such emails are sent daily from Africa to the US. It is not legal here, but what would one do? Go to South Africa if you lose? Do not be trapped by this scam. Do not provide them with any information. Protect yourself.
