Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Mexico
airbags did not deploy
My question is that in 2004 my huband and son was in a roll over they rolled five times the airbags never deployed. what can I do about that?

You didn't state if anyone was injured. ALso, airbags are designed to inflate in a collsion, not necessarily in a rollover.
What are your damages? ANyone hurt? Loss of work etc? Insurance?
