Legal Question in Banking Law in New York
How long after a property execution is satisfied does the creditor have to file a satisfaction in order for the debtor's bank account to be released? And is it legal for a debtor's bank to hold all income earned from wages if a debtor has had a property execution filed against them in the State of New York which has already been satisfied?
