Legal Question in Disability Law in New York

hi iam 40 yeras old and i dont want a divirce but my husband is giving me tough time by always blaming and nagging and taunting .i know he is cheating on me and i have profa too he also know that .but i dont want to break my home i have four kids i want to be with them to raise them .but every day my husband is giving me mental torture he dont want to involve any one who could solve aour issues .now i want to know if i want a seperation and also want my kids with me what are my rights i have no means of income and i cant leave my kids too.plz let me know what are my rights what can i do?
