wheelchair discrimination in New York City

an attorney anwsered my first question for my wheelchair discrimination in New York. She said I might have a case if I can prove it. Can I get sworn affidavites,of People that was there, and witness the discrimination of the N.Y. city taxi cabs drivers, because of me being in a wheelchair.

I think it was I who answered your first question.

It's wonderful if you have witnesses who are willing to write affidavits, but the affidavits will do no good UNLESS UNLESS UNLESS you know whom to sue. In other words, you have to know which cabbie or,

at the very least, the cab company. You can

then sue the cab company and John Doe. Then you

inspect the cab records and learn who the cab

driver was. Then your attorney can insert John Doe's real name!

So, do you know which cab company it was? Yellow? Checker? Or was it an independent?
