Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Quick trademark Scenario. Say I want to open a business selling cat products and I want to name it Cee-A-Tee Living. However when I search for trademarks Cee-A-Tee it comes up with another business on the other side of the country who also sells cat products and trademarked the named and logo "Cee-A-Tee a place for cats"

Should I go a different route with my name or would this be acceptable?

The actual trademark registration needs to be reviewed but prudence suggests that one should consider a different name. This is not a legal determination nor advise, just a reasonable precaution.
